JIT’s Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is a quality assurance and enhancement mechanism. The IQAC aims to develop a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of the institution.

Roles & Responsibilities of IQAC

+Develop and apply quality benchmarks and parameters for academic and administrative activities.
+Facilitate a learner-centric environment that promotes quality education and supports faculty development.
+Collect and analyze feedback from students, parents, and other stakeholders to improve quality-related processes.
+Disseminate information on various quality parameters in higher education.
+Organize workshops, seminars, and quality circles to promote awareness of quality enhancement.
+Document institutional programs and activities that contribute to quality improvement.
+Serve as the nodal agency for coordinating all quality-related activities within the institution.
+Develop and maintain an institutional database through MIS to support quality assurance and enhancement efforts.
+Foster a culture of quality within the institution.
+Prepare and submit the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) in accordance with NAAC guidelines and parameters.
